If want the xsd for the e-fff, you must user the version of the UBL 2.0 . This is the correct version: http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/os-UBL-2.0/xsd/

Mind that your xsd validation is only going to verify the format of the xml file such as

are all the required fields present ?
are the fields in the correct order ?
are they respecting the cardinality?

An xsd validation does not validate the business rules. that is why we also provide the different business test scenario's for you to test.

An e-fff file is an electronic invoice. It contains a pdf version of the invoice so that a human can see the invoice and it contains structured data of this invoice so that a computer can undoubtedly extract the correct information.

As a company, it is better to look for invoicing software that automatically creates the final invoice in e-fff format. Please consult with the partners to see who is able to create invoices in the right format.

You can also use the online tool on this site. Upload your PDF invoice, fill out all the fields, convert the invoice and you will get a valid e-fff invoice.

It is also possible to use the online tool to quickly see if the file meets the minimum criteria of an e-fff file. This does not yet mean that the document will be accepted by all accounting applications. (Please check with the list of partners to see if your accounting software is listed)
